Jacob Richardson, University of Iowa alumnus, uses his master’s degree in Astronomy to improve satellites at the United States Geological Survey Sioux Falls location.

Maria Leonor Márquez Ponce, a doctoral student in the Spanish and Portuguese department, is currently working on a Humanities for the Public Good internship project to preserve the stories of past and present Latino Native American Cultural Center (LNACC) members.

Flannery Currin, a doctoral student in Computer Science, aims to improve accessible technology with her experience as a sibling to someone with a disability, skills gained from the ILEND program, and knowledge of human-computer interaction.
