There are a lot of pictures taken through the glass in everyday life. Most such images contain glass reflections. Removing such undesired reflections is not only for aesthetic purposes but also very useful in pattern recognition and machine learning applications. We propose a model to efficiently suppress reflection from a single image based on solving Poisson's equation using discrete cosine transform. The proposed approach is expected to achieve desirable reflection suppression results within fast execution time.
