Data comes in many different forms. One of those forms is point cloud. In topological data analysis (TDA), we understand data by analyzing the shape of the data (graph). TDA Mapper is an algorithm whose input is point could and whose output is graph. There are two aspects to my research: improving TDA Mapper algorithm to capture more features of the data, and proving a stability theorem of the TDA Mapper graphs.
