Group supervision is a widely used pedagogical method in counseling programs. Although peer interaction is a key factor in determining the success of group supervision, the interaction has remained overlooked by researchers. The purpose of this study is to examine critical incidents related to peer supervisees in group supervision and the influence of the incidents. Using a grounded theory approach, the study will investigate the phenomenon and develop a peer interaction model as a result.
