Meng holds a master's and a Ph.D. in Higher Education from Iowa State University. Her scholarly work includes program evaluation, mentorship, and student learning outcomes, ensuring mentees receive tailored advice suited to their individual needs and aspirations. Beyond her professional time, Meng enjoys playing with her two large dogs.
