Endometrial cancer (EC) is considered one of the most common gynecological malignancies in USA. Treatment of advanced stages of EC is associated with poor outcomes, and begs the need for more effective therapies. In our work, we developed and characterized a nanoparticulate delivery system capable of delivering combination of anticancer therapeutics selectively to the cancer site and thus maximize their effect and minimize their side effect.
