Fellowships Advisors
There are a number of fellowships advisors on campus who can provide supplemental support to graduate students completing external grant & fellowship applications. Feedback from these advisors also contributes to eligibility for the Fellowship Incentive Program.
Current fellowships advisors in scope for FIP (and programs they serve) include:
- The Grad Success Office (graduate students in any field)
- Karen Wachsmuth (International Programs - students applying for international travel awards)

- CCOM graduate students have first priority, and
- appointments to discuss project with SERCC staff(link sends e-mail) are required well before documents are sent in (please contact them as early as possible to ensure that they will have time to accommodate your request.)
- For FIP eligibility, SERCC feedback must include at least one of the following levels of input(link is external): (i) style and clarity, (ii) presentation, (iii) science (i.e., not solely mechanics.)
