Dr. Jennifer Teitle is the Assistant Dean for Graduate Development and Postdoctoral Affairs.. With over twelve years of experience supporting Iowa graduate students and faculty, Jen leads efforts to empower graduate students through professional development in grant writing, career management, research communication, teaching, and mentorship training. Jen manages the Grad Success Center, a campus hub for conversations about graduate student experience, advocacy, and support. Jen earned a doctorate in Language, Literacy, and Culture from the University of Iowa and is a certified coach. Her interests include mentoring programs, graduate student identity development, and PhD career pathways.
