Radon exposure has been found to be associated with an increased risk of lung cancer. The assessment of this exposure may be susceptible to measurement error, which can bias risk estimates. Our proposed method uses Bayesian techniques to assess such a relationship, while correcting for measurement error. We compare this method to two existing methods that have been used to correct for measurement error through simulation studies and analyses of a pooled North American dataset.
