My dissertation concerns the processing of self-produced movements in several brain structures, critically important for motor behavior, in developing rats. Using a variety of techniques, it focuses on the neural pathways, underlying mechanisms, and implications of sensorimotor processing in those structures across sleep-wake cycles.
