Graduate faculty are asked to vote on four proposals advanced to them from the Graduate Council:

1. Proposal to rename: Master of Arts (MA) in Journalism to Master of Arts (MA) in Mass Communication, School of Journalism and Mass Communication
2.  Proposal to rename: Doctor of Philosophy (PhD) in Mass Communications to Doctor of Philosophy (PhD) in Mass Communication, School of Journalism and Mass Communication
3. Proposal to create a new program: Master of Science (MS) in Data Science, Department of Statistics and Actuarial Science
4. Proposal to create a new program: Doctor of Philosophy (PhD) in Criminology, Department of Sociology and Criminology

Graduate faculty can vote on these proposals via this Qualtrics form until 11:59 p.m. on May 3, 2021.
