The professional and scientific and non-organized Merit staff and Faculty may receive University support for course work that is part of a University of Iowa degree program that the employing member's department certifies will contribute to the staff or faculty member's professional development either in their current position or in another University position. Support is limited to tuition for up to four hours per semester.
