Iowa Bibliophiles Invites You!
Join Anna Barker, visiting assistant professor of Russian literature at the University of Iowa and curator of From Revolutionary Outcast to a Man of God: Dostoevsky at 200, for a special guided video tour of this current Main Library Gallery exhibition. The exhibit, which focuses on the life and works of iconic Russian writer Fyodor Dostoevsky, features a variety of material from Special Collections & Archives. During the tour, Barker will highlight some of the more unique books on display and share thoughts about the creation of the exhibit.
This event is free and open to everyone. For the safety of our guests, this event will be on Zoom. It will also be recorded and added to Special Collections & Archives YouTube channel at a later date. There will be time after the talk for a Q&A, which will not be recorded.
